Which traffic exchanges are worth the effort?

Ok, currently I surf around 28 different traffic exchanges, usually surfing 4 or 5 a day for 15 to 20 minutes and earning 10 to 20 credits on each.

I want to narrow my list down to say 10 of the better traffic exchanges. Here is what I have so far, what are your views on any of these - good or bad?
