About some Solo ads..

Now, this is something that really pisses me off :angry:

You buy an ad at some of this ptr sites, and expect it to
be an SOLO ad (because that is what they say your getting)

And when you finally see your SOLO ad, you find a Top ad,
and a ad at the bottom...

They have actually shared YOUR ad with someone else!!

Personally I NEVER use those sites more then one time,
because that is really Not an SOLO ad I think...

were the top and bottom ads paid ones or non paid?

most, if not all, of these sites offer a top and bottom sponser ad that the members do not get paid to click on
the ads in the middle are the paid links
"solo" simply means your ad is the "only" paid to click link therefore more garanteed that we will look at it and click on it rather then it being "shared" with other paid to click links as then we may click one or two and then delete the email and leave some links unclicked.

kinda reminds me of legal contracts...the fine print :(

Yes you are probably right, but I still
don't feel comfortable with sharing my
paid ad with someone else, even if the
top/bottom ad has a un paid link.

I think there is still a chance of those
ads taking some of the focus away
from my ad <_<

Well you have to be comfortable as you paid the money! And really you are the customer so your needs have to be met.
As a member of over 100 PTR email sites...I do not often notice the top and bottom sponsers that much compared to the links..I always read them :)
However I am only one person and everyone reads theirs diferently so if you dont feel good about it Id advise not to go back to them especially if they mislead you in the first place.
