I want to upgrade my membership in a GPTR (not premiermails, I already have a Silver membership there.)

Any recommendations for which GPTR to choose?

If I'm going to use my earnings I have to join first. How much time do you estimate before I can redeem for this?

I used my earnings with them and upgraded within 5 weeks. This was the $10.00 upgrade, there are levels higher then that too.
