Solo-ads

I was recommended to join solo-ads. It seems like a great resource, but I haven't been a member long enough to be able to send out my own ads. I am not posting this one in the gptr section, as this is a list of people seeking business opportunities/online marketers.

This is what I've been told about solo-ads:
Solo-ads have over 4000 members.
They don't send you alot of e-mails, about 3-4 a day. Once you have clicked 40 ads you will be able to send your ad to 100 people.
Last time he sent a solo ad to 1,000 people, he got 22 signups to his email capture page, which is pretty good.
