Hugged my downline?

What am I talking about you wonder? We are all trying to build a downline
in one program or several as the case may be. I am sure we all have the
same problem with keeping our downlines active. I know it is a problem
that I face anyways. So what is a person to do.

When you email your downlines do you just promote your lastest greatest opportunity?
Many times that is all people see from their upline. Jump on this one right now or you will
miss the boat. I don't know about you but after so many
of those type emails I start getting turned off. I am willing to bet you do also.

One thing you can do that will make you stand-out from the crowd is to use
less promotion and offer more help. You may have someone in your downline
that is struggling with recruiting, or promotion in general. Ask your people if
there is anything that they need assistance with. Offer them tips and
strategies that work for you. What you say, give out my secrets? No way!

We need to remember that their success very much affects our success.
Remember the things that gave you the most difficulty when you started out
and offer to help those that may be in that position now. By showing them the
way or offering up tips and suggestions that truly work for you, may be just
the inspiration they need to get going. We all need to remind ourselves of the
old saying,"You Have To Give In Order To Receive."

If you give personal heartfelt help to your downline members. Ask about their
well being and generally let them know you really care, it can make a huge
difference in the kind of success you will attain. Don't ever forget from where
you came, offer your hand in caring friendship and you will someday reap the rewards.

If you do this properly when you do send them info on opportunities you would
like them to join you in, they will be more responsive and a whole lot less suspicious
of your motives. Be a friend, be a neigbor, be successful together.
This will make for a lot better world to live and do business in. This is what I call
The Soft Sell Approach. I may not always make money but I make friends,
and that has rewards in and of itself. :D :D

This is my opinion of how it should be. You, however may not agree, but that is
your God-given right. May we all be successful and happy in our lives. :D

I live in the State of Georgia in the USA.

So you are from as they say "The Land Down Under." I have always dreamed of visiting there some day. Probably won't happen as I've gotten to old and gray.
I have met several people from there over the years. I have liked everyone I've met. :D :D

Hey if it gets to the point that you can't hide the grey or white, just tell every one what I do. I just look them straight in the eyes and say "That's wisdom that you see my friend!" I have always had very dark brown hair. Now most of it is turned grey with a fair amount of white thrown in. My grown daughter likes to call me the "ancient one." I am getting my revenge though, my grandson is just going to be 2 years old in June. Daughter is now discovering that she is paying for her raising.

Hey maybe we'll get to meet someday, that would be great! I like meeting people from around the world. Makes for a much more interesting life. :D

"ancient one"
its sounds so wise and distinguised. Kind of reminds me of Gandolf in LOTR :)
Is it long? :P

Actually if I was male I would "grow old gracefully"as the saying goes, but being female I am vain! LOL If I do not dye it black, brown, red, purple or even on occasion, blue I look my age

Well the world is a small place and fate makes us travel many roads so who knows, meeting one day is always a possibility.

That's absolutely true!!!
Without our referals we would have less fun, not only less money. I'm still happy about every new referal, and if I have the chance to write a personal message (for example here), I do it! Otherwise I write a mail to the webmaster and ask him, could he maybe send through to my referals.
They do much for me, so it's quite normal to say Thank you!

I wish you all a nice day!
