How to stop your email address being picked up

This is a little offtopic, but since you are talking about building downlines
and contests I have a questions.

I have noticed many times that users called No Referrer, noreferrer etc.
are on the top of the list in referral contests.

Is the reason only that they are bigger builder than most?¨
.. Or is it the psychological part about not joining under anyone
if they think it is a referral url and now they think they have no referrer?
.. Or is it because when people don't have any referrer they would type
something like "no referrer" or do the field automatically contain a name
if they don't have a referrer?

thats hard to answer as I am not sure as to where you see this

but no user has a user name of "no referer"

however if you join a programe from the site URL and NOT from a link that refered you to it
your upline then appears as "No Referrer, or noreferrer"
