I have mentioned this somewhere before at how fast they putt up my ad

Well I have now coresponed with Jayne again as one of my ads changed their links and she replied within 2 hrs :D and was more then willing to fix my ad up :)

This is twice now I have had supurb customer service ontop of the intial fast response in getting my ad out in the first place

Yes it is good to know some PO's out there are good, this of course includes you in that list, it restores our faith in PTR

I think customer service is very important and when they respond personally its great.

Its nice to know you are dealing with a real person and not an autobot!

Even IRL (in real life) I will always go back where i get better quality/customer service even if the product is a buck more.
