Hello my name is Averil Davies
I have found this forum whilst browsing names on Google and think it looks interesting and friendly.
I am an artist and I have also been doing some internet work- from- home for about 2 years , now mostly concentrating on affiliate programs which help me to fund my art .
Not having a very big budget when I began I set myself the challenge of getting as much traffic as I could by free and viral methods (as well as ezine ads when I felt I could afford them) It has been an interestting learning curve and I enjoy it , if nothing else, as a challenge!
I enjoy meeting people online and hearing how others are doing , sharing experiences etc.
so Hi nice to meet you!

Oh yes Hi , and thankyou for asking ,
I do have a little showcase website http://www.ThisPainter.com

my husband has helped me make it as he does some html
my son is learning webdesign too he is 16 and already a wizz at Flash!Sure he will go far!
At the top of the page are four footballs and clicking on those will show you my Biography page and a bit about me .
Every so often I add more images , soon I hope some of my stone sculptures as I also do that , At moment while it is hot I am sculpting a buddha head in local stone .
I have not really got into selling through my website yet because I have always found sales and comissions by word of mouth , but sometime I will be possibly selling prints and I have an idea to do some sort of online course in learning art basics like drawing and painting.

I live right by Cheltenham Racecourse , which for me is thrilling because I love to watch thoroughbred horses in action, and often hang around the paddocks on race days sketching

May I have permission to save blackwater.jpg on to my computer and use as my wallpaper? its lovely!

Are thes oils on canvas? and looking at the texture of the clouds do you use a palate knife?
