Someone suggested I read a little known work by Wallace D Wattles written about 1910 called The Science of Getting Rich
Some people don't get beyond the first pages and may begin to scoff but I read it over about 3 times in a day and the whole thing struck a real chord with me and goes a long way to explaining why so many can want to succeed but simply sabotage their own efforts at every turn through the simple deeply ingrained subconscious belief that money is wrong, and wealthy , healthy livng ,unspiritual.

I now re read it often and quite simply practice "Allowing " wealth to come to me.
I believe its a science and not at all as "aery- fairy "as some people think!
Of course it does not take the place of action in the real world but at root its our attitude in all that we do that makes or breaks our success.

If we have never thought along these lines before it is certainly an eyeopener!

I got it as a free download at www.scienceofgettingrich.net

Thanks for the information Averil. :) B)

Yes our mindset has a lot to do with how successful we become. Books such as the one you listed can be great inspiration. Something we all need more than we realise. :)

Keep up the good work and continue to share with us, as we all learn together! :) B)

I believe you become what you focus your attention on.

In other words, people SEE and HEAR what they expect to SEE and HEAR!

I think it's important to continual feed your mind
with the best nutrition possible
whilst you take care of your physical need for the best nutrition.

I tend to get my inspiration from books and occasionally television. I find the ability to pause and ponder gives "book learning" and edge from the passive mode of sponging from the tele.

Other books you might want to add to your collection to keep include:

Who Moved My Cheese (I give this out to lots of people I work with)
All I Really Needed to Know I Learned in Kindergarden
