MyFreeShares dead and gone?

The last few days I don't get commision mails anymore of them, and the site is also not available. Does anyone here know more? If so, would be nice to tell it to me. Just get one referal there and now it's gone by the wind maybe... :(

Shares were growing slowly but surely.
