I got the same e-mail awhile back, and the funny thing was we had already closed our account with us bank. You can send usbank that e-mail and they will try to track it for you. There are only a certain amount of ways that someone can know you are a member of usbank AND have your e-mail address. It may be possible to find out where it came from by eliminating these possibilities. They were not able to track the specific i.p. of the person that sent it, but were able to tell me with 80% certainty that it came from a perticular safelist I was a member of. If ou send them that e-mail with the link, they Might be able to track it. Listen to his advise all, banking institutions do not ask you to click a link for personal information. When we acually needed to update our information because we moved, we were promted to sign in to the secure server first.

I have to download a certificate to get access to my internet bank,
and before I am allowed to download a certificate I must use a
verification code that they send through snail mail or to my mobile phone.

This way even if someone knows my details and password they can't
access my account from any other computer.
I think this is a quite good and secure practice.

Also I would really be wondering they day my bank starts sending me
e-mails in english :P
