As a realtor I face the same problem other sales people do. How to network efficently so as to stand out in a crowded field. Or to put it another way, "how do I arrange to have people seek me out when they need my particular brand of service.
Altho I despise MLM, as it usually promises much but delivers little, (MLM means Much Less Money) so many many people enthusiasticaly believe in the concept that I have to change my mind, reexamine the concept and use it's principles to send me clients.
To this end I am starting an MLM style referral system with a little "Surviver" vote you off the team" thrown in and a big cash challenge for the large bonus payout.
This is 4 levels deep with a breakaway by anyone at any time.
To save me reinventing the wheel, are any ASP scrips available to fit this project?
