It is a PTR and the two women that run are really nice
Payout is $8.00 for free members and they do alot of random payouts so good chance you get money before you reach payout :)

If you check the downline builder section of the forum there is a thread for it.

yes, its a great site. no long ago i just received a random payout from its sister site
