Gnida,
I'm not sure of your point - many sites have a two to three month delay on payments. I would have been more impressed if I could have read the amount due rather than just the points... and it looks a bit like a free advertisement to sign up for another program at the bottom (by all means consider joining under Gnida or the downline builder thread).
If you are are making a general grumble, consider it made.
Like others, I've been caught out by a few programs who reset the earnings to zero without paying out - and then claimed they paid everyone.
If you have proof that Opt-In-Pays have no intention of ever paying, then post the evidence here. We'd all be grateful.
For me, I make every penny of e-gold count!

I am also a member of Opt-In-Pays. They are supposed to pay monthly and my last payment was in March. I haven't given up on them yet though.

Have they not told anybody why they haven't paid you yet?

No, they haven't said anything about payments that I am aware of. If they have, I didn't get it.

I am confused about your goal. If it's a general moan, you've made your point. You are entitled to your opinion.
I am a member and the last time I was paid was in April. I don't see what good it will do to post my earnings here. If you want to take out a class action suit, then there is a whole set of steps which need to be followed to ensure conviction.
As I said before, it's not unusual for sites to take over 90 days to pay their member.
We don't want to have slanderous statements posted here (there are other sites where you can find virtually every program owner labelled as a scammer).
If you have hard evidence that the management have run off with the money, have not responded to your enquiries, by all means provide the facts.
It's the only way we provide information to authorities to take action.
BTW, I am NOT in opposition to you - but I operate on facts. I can't tell what your goal is by posting this thread. Next time it would be useful to state that you are concerned about losing your earnings rather than simply posting a link to your site with an ad for a rival PTR.

what u mean slanderous ??? <_<
I post ONLY facts how u can c

When do I get paid?
All payments are made automatically after each payment period via the method you have seleted in your profile.
* Payment via e-gold: Each months payments are made within 45 days from the end of the month if being paid via e-gold. So, for earnings made in November, you'll be paid on or before January 15. The 45 days are needed to collect all the advertisers payments for the campaigns they've run on Opt-in-Pays and for us to analyse the cash flows to make sure you are credited the correct amount.
* Payment via Check: Payments by check are sent out quarterly in the months of January, April, July, and October for the previous 3 months earnings. So payments for the months October through December are sent out in January.
* Payment via PayPal: Payments by PayPal are currently unavaialble due to the account used to send payments being locked by PayPal. We are working on geting the use of another PayPal account for payments.

I completely agree with you, antinomy. I am constantly seeing the word scam being thrown around on several different forums. I think every site has been called that at one time or another. Scams are sites that disappear without paying their members. Opt-In-Pays is still operating and I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. They have paid me regularly in the past so I have faith that they will continue to pay in the future. All we can do is try to be patient and wait to see what happens.

Gnida,
This is just feedback, not criticism.
We can't read what you don't write. Please simply state the facts when you start a thread and then we can respond.
If you had started this thread with:
a) I haven't been paid for 5 months.
B) I've written polite enquiries to the program owner 3 times over a space of 3 months and never had a response
c) The advertising has gone down to less than one mail per day
d) My downline dispappeared
e) My earnings disappeared
f) What ever facts you have (like they never ran my ad)
We would have know where you were coming from. We are all trying to make money, so we're willing to share.
Endless threads ripping apart every ptr around can be found elsewhere - please use them rather than duplicate it here. Everyone here is trying to be helpful, not putting people down every chance they get.
For all I knew, you could have simply wanted a lot of hits to your site which might have infected my machine with a trojan (it's been known to happen).
I'm not saying you would have considered it, but you seem to want to simply argue in this thread. I know you've been very active in the forum. For this thread, I haven't found your remarks enlightening or helpful. I don't believe it's a problem with understanding English.
I'm all for taking a class action suit for known scammers (which has been done against what may seem like all the odds). If we have enough evidence then we can go for it. Until then, I think it's important to focus on the facts which we can verify in a way that doesn't alienate everyone (and that goes for me outwards as well).
I really am trying to help. This is not a personal attack.

I've just done a post in the thread below about taking effective action.
http://www.downline4all.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2433
BTW, I never meant to imply that you would send a trojan, it was just an example. I'm sure that virtually everyone who's been clicking for 2months had the virus from the guy who scammed at least 30 POs into sending it out to ALL their sites.
