Downline4All is growing very quickly, with many people from around the world. (-good-)
In an effort to help us all get to know one another better let's try an experiment. :)
Many of us may never get to visit the home country of our fellow members, but words can paint a picture of sorts. :)
What do you see when you look out of the window at your home, or what would a person see if they were to visit your home.
Try to paint a picture in the minds of your fellow members as to what beauty lies around the area in which you live. If we went for a walk or bike ride what would we see? What are your friends and neighbors like?
Don't worry if your english isn't perfect, we can still understand one another if we try. We can ask questions if we don't understand something. :)

its raining and cold..its winter here
but the lawn is green..thats a nice change from the drought we have had.
to my left and right there are houses..all nice expensive houses..taken well cared off
obviously they all have money! obvioulsy they all not doing doing PTR like me LOL
its very quiet
so quiet
I get in my car and hit the remote to the garage door..it opens....i drive out
my car purrs as the door ginds shut
and as i reverse my car I notice...stillness
nothing
no one says hi
then as i start to drive off, the old man down the road walks in the street :)
he has a king charles spanial with him
he walks it 4 times a day.
I smile and with a nod of his head he smiles back
I drive off.......
silence
but with that one smile everyday as I drive to pick my kids up from school
i know he is there..always walking his dog
always has a smile and a nod of his head
maybe this neighbourhood is not so loney after all..............

I live in a very small town.
Whe have only 4000 citizens in my town.
And for the Netherlands is that a small town.
I live in a house on a corner with 3 neighbours next to me(on my right)
When I look trough my window there are 6 houses.
Behind my backyard there's the school of my doughter(almost 11)
So when they go to school(they have now vacantion)every morning around 10.00 and 10.30 there's a lot of noise from all the kids playing there on there break.
But I love it,because I find this town a little bit quit.
I go walking with our little puppy dog beside the school and i see a long sandy road with a lot of trees.
On my left hand there's the school square and on my right hand there's a large
pasture(spelling) where they cultivate corn.
Also there are horses where you can learn horseback riding,so like a kind of horse riding school.
I was born in the big city and i lived there for 19 years, but in the town where I now live(so peaceful and quite)I always think i should have been born there.
I never ever missed the big city and all those cars and smells from all the factories there.
I'm happy with my little town and I would never ever leave this town.
(well never say never)
I hope you all would been able to imagine and see the film i just describe.
