What is that noise?

Can anybody here tell me what this noise is?

I am sure i have heard this noise before but for the life of me can't remember.

hmm... it's only 1 second, it's hard to tell.
To me it sounds like it could be anything from a step dancer to
a typing machine :unsure:

Im still no wiser to what the sound/noise is if you know or have any ideas please let me know.

I have received 2 more clues to what the noise may be.

Now i don't know if this is a clue or not this is just my own findings!!!

The sound that the link points to (in the html file in the source code) the sound file is called:

NAME="jinghua"

""JINGHUA""

Now like i said this is just my own findings if i was to upload a file and had to give it a name i would name the file a name to represent that file. So it makes me think if the noise is to do with ""JINGHUA"" but i have searched the net and cannot find what jinghua is or what it means.

Jinghua seems to be a name, so if you don't think the name of the one
posting the file is Jinghua it could be a hint..
