the 1st color(orange)stands for courrage.
the 2nd color(white)stans for peace.
the 3th color(green)stand for energy or wealth(translation?)
the charka(wheel)stand for Ghandi's wheel and it symbolised self-sufficiency
later it was replaced by Ashoka Chakra wheel of law.
the 24 things in the wheel(i donno the right translation)symbolises the 24 hours in a day..
