Im back i've been quite busy and not had much time to drop by the forum i given my site a compleat new make over what do you all think?

Personally I can't stand flash in most cases, but I know a lot of people do,
so nothing wrong with that.

I think it looks good, though there's some details that could be better.
I do think that your logo doesn't catch the eye enough.
Also some blurry graphics and something wrong in the html code above this text:
"We have a one to one display ratio which means for every banner you show on your site your banner will be displayed on another site."
Some white space below your lower banner.
Also I would make the join now button stand more out.

I would also change "services" on your navigation to "advertise" or "advertising".
I notice there's some broken links on your navigation menus.
