You can try it anyway, as I can sign into my campaigns from
http://www.adwords.no or http://www.google.com/adwords
I think all their sites are linked together, though I'm not sure as
I didn't try to sign in from any other country domains.
I have received free advertising from google in the past. Then
they advertised it in norwegian online papers. They have probably
done the same in australian papers, so it's targeted towards australians.
I'd still try to sign up though, wouldn't want to miss some free advertising :)
