One of the most important skills we need in life, is that of writing.

Not just writing words and phrases, but writing to communicate. You must be able to write in such a way that people can feel your passion just as if you were there in front of them face to face.

This is such an important skill, that is often overlooked in our schools. We are taught our ABC's, verbs and nouns and about dangling participles. (I never did catch on to that one.) In most cases we were never taught how to write in such a way that people could really get a sense of who we are, or what we are feeling. A few people have a natural talent for this way of writing. The majority of us have not been so blessed.

Don't be discouraged however. This is a skill that we can learn, we must learn! There are many books and tapes you can buy that teach you how to write sales copy and the like, but none that teach us how to write to communicate.

I have found such a book in the last couple of weeks. I have been reading and studying this book, figuring it was going to be like all the others I have bought in the past. Boy was I in for a surprise! (I like to be surprised once in awhile.) The title of the book is MYCPS. (Make Your Content PreSell.)

MYCPS! is the ONLY book of its kind. It shows you, step
by step, clearly...
1) how to write to COMMUNICATE
2) how to develop your own "voice" with flair and substance
3) how to spin your site/biz/SELF into a unique position
4) how to HONESTLY convince people to trust and like you.
No other book in the world shows you how to do this.

It will make YOU more effective, every way, every day.
Every communication that you write will be better. Not just
Web pages. More than your e-zines. And beyond every
personal e-mail. Everything you EVER write will simply be
more effective.

It won't happen overnight. It is not some magic pill! But if you buy this book and practice the skills taught within it's pages, You will learn this valuable abiliy. It does not matter if you are from somewhere in Asia, Europe or the USA. Anywhere in the world that you live this book will help you attain this ability if you study it and apply what you will learn.

I rarely make such recommendations, but this is one I must make. It is one of the best ways I can think of to help any and all of you. The cost of the book is only $10.00, I have many other books and courses costing way more than this, that do not measure up to MYCPS. And none of them are money back guaranteed. MYCPS has such a guarantee!

So buy it. Absorb it. Use it.

Only then will you understand the power of this book.

You will find it at this link. http://mycps.sitesell.com/

Don't be discouraged however. This is a skill that we can learn, we must learn!

Writing and drawing are two things I have always thought I can never learn..

I used to be able to draw fairly well when I was younger. It was a skill that my father saw no advantage to having and told me I would not be allowed to study it further.

I still like to draw when I have the chance, mostly I sketch drawing for woodworking projects that I want to do. In school I always got straight A's in drafting.

Writing is something I have always been interested in but it did not fall within a skill group that my father thought was worth anything at all.

I have always felt that if I could develope that skill it would open many doors of opportunity. The above mentioned book will be required reading for my son, he is just 12 years old right now. He has ADHD and writing is very difficult for him. He likes to read and has a very good imagination. So I have been working with him, trying to help him over come many of the things that are difficult for him. Despite his ADHD he is still pretty much an A&B student with an occasional C in some subjects.

I always tell him he can be anything he wants to be. It just takes work and practice and the desire to succeed. I love him dearly and will do what ever it takes to help him reach his goals.

The writing skills take a lot of work, but in the end it is well worth the time and effort. I hope to master them myself someday. That is why I feel so strongly about the book MYCPS. I have learned more from it in this short time that I have been studying it, than any other book I have read. Whether anyone follows the links in the book as far as SiteBuildIt, is not important to me. If however my recommendation helps others learn the ability to write effectively, that is reward enough for me.

It will open up a whole new world to those that take the time to learn and develope these skills, whether online or offline.

You can do it! http://mycps.sitesell.com/

I'll get off my soap box now. :)

I absolutely agree with you Dennis, good writing skills
are one of the most important if not The most
important skill we all need to have when working online.

I have been reading many articles regarding this subject
but I can't say that my level has increased much.
(Not counting my endless number of typos.. Will I get
help with that too?) :)

I know how to write a sales letter based on hype, but
it's been a loong time since hype was a good thing.

I'll take your word for it Dennis and buy this book from
you as soon as I have founded my PP account.

Thanks for informing us about it, it sounds like a
very good investment to me :)

If you learn the skills being taught in this book, you will find that attracting the search engines will become almost automatic. Your conversion rates should also skyrocket. :)

I am getting a little bit of SE traffic.
I think it's a matter of patience before I start seeing some sales..

With that said.. I haven't been blogging as much as I should have, because
of the above mentioned reason, which is kinda bad since that is part of what
I should be doing to get that SE traffic..

I will have to check that book out. I really enjoy writing and when I take my time to write something I have been told I right well and really get my point or feelings across. Writing is something I have been doing since I was a kid. My mom and my aunt have both written quite a lot for jobs they have had and have both written for magazines and other publications.

Writing has been an important part of my life. Sometimes I just write for fun. It is a skill I am always working to further develop. I am sure it will benefit me in any business ventures I undertake.
