newsletter script

I am going to add a newsletter script to one of my sites.
Anyone have a good script to recommend?
I just want something simple to notify people of updates to my site.

Check out http://www.hotscripts.com for related scripts. There are free newsletter scripts there which you can integrate into your site.

I am very familiar with that site, I have downloaded tons of great scripts from there :D
Just wondering if anyone had experience with some of them in particular.. I have tried a few, but didn't really find what I was looking for. Just looking for something very simple, double optin and unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail.
