I want to buy few small websites. I can pay up to $200 for each site.

Here is the requirement:

1. No adult, pharmacy, or gambling sites.
2. The site should be indexed by google, and has a few back links to it.
3. The site should have orginial or unique contents.

I think he is looking for sites that has been index by search engines.

It take's about few weeks to few months for a new site to get out of the sand box of google. If he can get one at the price of $200, it's worth the money, that's what I think lol.

Yes, I prefer a static site, its more search engines friendly. Please let me know if you have one for sale. Please note I am not looking for turnkey site at this moment, site must have at least google PR 2 and above and must have some backlinks on it.

To a certain extent dynamic sites are not search engine friendly. But you can make the URL of dynamic sites search engine friendly. One way is to use MOD REWRITE feature of the APACHE webserver. So that http://www.yoursite.com/cat?id=12 can be be transformed into http://www.yoursite.com/yourdesiredtheme. There are mechanisms also for propiertary (ASP for instance).

I'll help you find one static site for sale. But just some clarifications, to wit:

- If you opt a static site, are you going to update that site by yourself?
- Where do you host your website?
- How are you going to pay the seller?

Don't you know that you can build your own HTML site for a minimal amount and still can acquire that static site you desire?

I'd handle setting it up for you on your server and take care of all the backend integration with your paypal acct, etc...so you don't have to worry about the html or anything... even willing to have it listed as a partner of my company (www.scripterz.biz) so we can direct any clients we can't handle over to the community...

It's not mine. It's owned by an affiliate friend online. Let me trace his mail so you can negotiate with him personally. But for the site stat, you can use this site http://www.statbrain.com . Per my findings, this site has many backlinks and relatively has a good stat in Alexa.
