Have you been paid even without investment?

I'm curious to know if anyone here got paid from "get paid to"services even without investment at all. I'm referring to those who joined these various "get paid to" offers without loading money into their respective accounts.

I have, I got my first payout via GainPay. It was only $1.00 (70ish cents after fees) but, I did not invest anything.
