I have seen this question posted in other forums in the past. I want to see what everyone thinks of this.
What is more important offering the best possible products and services? Or having the best prices as compared to your competitors?

For products - quality and quantily
For services - reliable and after sale services are more important to me .
If both the products and services are at the same level, I will base on the price for my final decision. Work smat, don't work hard. Spend money smartly. :)

You get what you pay for. I go for quality of service and products.

I try to provide the best quality I can to my customers. Whether they are buying one of my expensive services or one of the "cheaper" one's I still do the best work for them that I can.
I also always try to keep my prices as reaonable as possible. When you are in business you have to charge enough to make a living but I try to make sure I never overcharge.

In my book quality reigns supreme. Giving the best of product and service after the sale will keep your customers coming back for more. Price can be important at times, but quality and service are always at the top of my list. People tend to remember and appreciate you when they feel that they are well taken care of reguardless of how much they spend. That little $2 sale today can turn into much more in the future, either from them or from people that they refer to your offerings. :)

I have a friend who owns a business doing custom window treatments. In the area where we live, this is very popular, but hardly anyone does this work because it takes a lot of time: cutting and sewing Her products are excellent quality and people are more than happy to pay well.
It depends on the product.
If I'm going to buy a service, the service naturally becomes much more important than if I am going to the store to buy milk.
