Has everyone heard about the new Google ad features that Google is testing? They are to be offering animated graphics for ads.

Also, people will have the ability to specify when the ad will appear as well as where (what websites). This is site targeting. Sounds like a good idea to me. What does everyone think?

I think this is for the google adwords program. A move that may minimize the the proliferation of fraud clicks. This is good for advertisers who have been crying foul for fraud clicks on their ads.

Yes, It said Google will let advertisers to run animated display ads on non-Google content sites that contract with Google to sell ads. It allows the advertisers to reach the entire buying cycle and bring more profit for their sites. Let see what will happen after they implement this.

Do you guys think this will work and help to increase sales for advertisers? In theory it sounds like it should make a difference. I suppose as with everything time will tell
