Share Adsense Revenue - legal?

I saw the following offer on one of the forum site, my question is - is this legal? Will Google allow a website to display multiple adsense accounts in a website?

I am not sure about that one. I thought I heard about something like this before and most people said it's not legal. There was some "controversy" over this though as to whether it was legal or not.
