Keep track of how you FEEL. Whatever emotions you feel most consistently WILL attract more of the same into your life REGARDLESS if they are positive or negative.

It's called the Law of Attraction and it's one of the most important things I have ever learned.

There are several books on this subject.

"The Attractor Factor" by Joe Vitale and "The Law of Attraction" by David Losier come to mind.

Always replace a Negative emotion with a Positive one as soon as you become aware of it.

There are many techniques to do this. One of them is to choose to interpret the situation in a different manner. One way I do this is to say "everything happens for a reason".

Another is to have a "perfect day" in your mind that you can go to if you are unable to remove yourself from a negative situation. If you don't have a perfect day, think of a "perfect moment" in your head and go there mentally.
